I am a PhD holder in Agricultural Economics, Master in Business Administration, Bachelor of Education and Associate Professor in School of Business University of Nairobi.  I have extensive working experience with such organizations as the World Bank, where I was a Senior Educational Economist, CARE International in Kenya where I was the Regional Coordinator, University of Nairobi Enterprises and Services Limited where I was the Deputy Managing Director and the Business Development Manager and I have been a board member of Capital Markets Authority. 

Currently, I am the Director of the Social and Political Pillars as well as Acting Director General of Vision 2030 Delivery Secretariat and a board committee member at Management University of Africa.  My research interest areas are food security, water harvesting and management, financing of education and capacity development for effective implementation of Kenya Vision 2030.
